  • Honigwasser ist ein außergewöhnliches Produkt. Mit Rückgriff auf altes Wissen wird das Honigwasser aus Honig, Pollen und Propolis gewonnen, die nach dem Kochen in Wasser im Wachs des Operculums verbleiben. Es hat eine dunkle Farbe von Rottönen, mildes Aroma und Geschmack sowie einen Nachgeschmack von Zitrusfrüchten.
    • Honigwasser wird seit langem als Nahrungsmittel verwendet, so zum Beispiel beim Frühstück zum Süßen von Milch oder Tee. Des Weiteren ist es ein außergewöhnliches Nahrungsmittel, wenn es zusammen mit halbgereiftem oder gereiftem Käse oder einfach mit Brot gegessen wird. Es dient auch als Topping für Eiscreme Pfannkuchen, Kuchen und Gebäck.
